Fed: Howard says Latham has made a good start as ALP leader

CANBERRA, Feb 22 AAP - Mark Latham has made a good start to his leadership of the Labor
Party and the government will face a tough fight at the next election, Prime Minister
John Howard said today.

Since coming to the Labor leadership in December, Mr Latham has had a major win against
