United Communications Group (UCG) has acquired the Posted Crude Oil Pricing Database of PDS Energy Information, and, in a simultaneous transaction, PDS has acquired UCG's Tariff Information Database. UCG will include the crude oil data as part of its Oil Price Information Service (OPIS), the leading provider of U.S. petroleum pricing data; and PDS will merge UCG's Tariff Information Database with its internet-based Tariff analysis system.
